Horsetooth Hybrid Grappling Club

The video from last Thursday’s (11/9) folkstyle practice will be uploaded to our YouTube channel tomorrow–keep an eye out for it if you’d like to review what we covered, and if you attended, take a look at your movement patterns while you prepare for the upcoming season 😊.

During the session, we emphasized chain wrestling from an over-tie once an opponent clubs to a collar tie–cross ankle pick, snap, slide-by, and a misdirection double-leg.
