After a short hiatus, we’re finally back recording all of our teen/adult practices!!! Be sure to visit our Horsetooth Hybrid Grappling Club page on YouTube for videos of our entire sessions.
As you’ll see in the attached clip, during this Thursday’s folkstyle class, we had a small group of athletes working on Hi-C (head outside single-leg) set-ups and entries. Later in the practice, we emphasized a few finishes that easily transition into breakdown and rides.
