Reminder that our roving outdoor MMA class is this Tuesday (10/3), 6-7 p.m. We’ll be back at Twin Silo Park, where we can enjoy inspiring views of the Front Range, all while trying to NOT get punched in the face 🙂

Expect to continue our work on slips, follow-up combinations/counters, and setting up takedowns with our hands.

Be sure to bring MMA-training or boxing gloves if you have them!
