Thanks to our wonderful athletes here at Horsetooth, we’ve now been able to create a YouTube channel with recordings of our recent teen/adult practices! If you attend our training, this is a great way to review our lessons–more importantly, it contains training footage in which you can watch and evaluate your movement patterns…invaluable feedback for your skill development!!! 🙂
