If you’re planning to compete once the scholastic wrestling season is in full swing, these are two excellent opportunities to get prepared and test your off-season growth.
Note, too, you don’t need to be a school-aged wrestler to train and compete in the world’s toughest martial art (folkstyle!). The Monster Mash has an ‘Open’ division, which is available for athletes who are graduates / 18 years and older. Check out RMN’s website (rmnevents.com) for more information!
And it’s worth repeating…if you’re interested in martial arts, you should be training in folkstyle, too. It’s a bold claim, but we now have approximately 30 years of contemporary, battle-tested data from mma to back up this point…
